Our knife collection and in-house grinding capability support a broad selection of Key West profiles. We prepare moulding knives and produce wood trim locally, keeping the reference and the production work together.

Bring the original trim, a drawing, or an end-profile photo with dimensions. Explain what the new work needs to match.
2. Confirm the details
We review existing knives or the need for custom grinding, along with material, quantity, matching requirements, and scope.
3. Produce the trim
Once the details are agreed, knife preparation and moulding production take place through our Key West shop.

Matching casing, crown, and baseboard can help connect old and new work. Custom profiles also give new construction its own architectural character.
