Hansen & Bringle Cabinets is hiring an experienced shop manager to lead daily cabinet production in Key West, Florida.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily production, coordinate employees and work priorities, maintain quality, and keep jobs on schedule. Communicate production needs and progress with the team.
Experience
Experience leading a woodworking or cabinet production team, organizing workflow, and maintaining quality standards. CNC and Cabinet Vision experience preferred.
Location and compensation
Work on site at our shop: 5750 2nd Avenue, Key West, FL 33040. Pay and benefits based on experience and performance. Applicants willing to relocate are welcome.
